Pricing For Technical Support

Our costs are based on the number of labor hours spent at your facility, as well as travel to and from your location.

  • We have a standard hourly rate of $120/hr for labor, Monday through Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.
  • Our travel rates are $80.00/hr.
  • Any projects over 8 hours or after 5 PM and Saturdays are charged 1 1/2x our hourly rate.
  • Holidays and Sundays are double our hourly rate for labor and travel.
  • Preventative Maintenance Program commitments offer reduced labor rates at $85/hr and standard travel rates. This reduced labor rate remains throughout the year, contingent upon the completion of an annual PM each year.
  • Any travel over 3 hours one-way may require an overnight stay. Out-of-pocket expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Tolls and parking expenses may apply.
  • All parts required are not included in service costs. Parts are sold separately.
