Aram has won our first ever Employee of the Quarter! Congratulations Aram - We couldn’t be more proud to have Aram as part of our IP family. Aram was nominated for this award because he embodies all of our core values.
“I Continuously Embrace Improvement” – Aram has been instrumental with the warehouse and inventory improvements leading to more accuracy and efficiency with our month end inventory process.
“I am a Team Player” – Aram jumps in and says "Yes" whenever he is needed and is a back up driver on our yard horse and helps out on the dock.
“I Treat People with Respect” – Aram treats everyone he meets with great respect and a controlled temperament.
Mercedes is one of our A players on the floor. She embraces change, owns new projects and makes it work. She is a perfectionist, proactive and sharp all the time. Mercedes doesn’t complain and stays late to set up the lines for 2nd shift to
be sure they succeed. She’s a problem solver and a reason why Dave raises the goals on Bluestar, Frost, Overlappers, Delta, etc.
She crushes the numbers in production and is mindful of compliance standards and the people she works with.
Mercedes is one of the most respectful and humble people here. She taught me how to read the overlapper diagrams when I first started, with the best attitude, intention, and patience. She is one of the most loyal, hard worker I have met here. She deserves to win this one!
Sindy is an incredible team player who adheres to our Core Values, Purpose and Promise every day.
She is one of the main drivers behind our Warehouse organizational improvements and for sustaining the results. She never settles for what we did yesterday always looking for feedback and ways to improve. She sets a great example not only for her team members but for her colleagues. She is an asset to IP and will be a critical cog in our growth wheel moving forward.
Sindy is a great co-worker and she has a very positive attitude.
Karla is the unsung hero and an overlooked, but not underappreciated team member in the role she plays here.
She has to have a consistently driven personality while dealing with many different personalities and levels within the organization to ensure Food and Facility Safety and Compliance. She does this without a complaint and always with a smile and sense of humor.
She is the epitome of our Purpose "Protecting People, Products and Brands throughout the supply chain." She represents IP well internally and externally and has a passion second to none for her role and its importance!
