See How Companies Are Working With Industrial Packaging
“ Industrial Packaging has been an integral part of achieving our targets and surpassing them over the past 9 years. They are consistent with providing quality service and on-time parts. Since we began our relationship back in 2008 we have experienced less downtime on our equipment saving hundreds of dollars in the overall maintenance and parts costs. I am more than happy to be a customer and have not yet found a reason to go anywhere else for our repair and maintenance. ”

Field Operations Manager
“With the help of Industrial Packaging and their Service Manager, Louise, we were able to put a regularly scheduled PM program in place that has significantly reduced any machine problems. One thing I really appreciate is that I can get a technician to come out quickly when we have an emergency. Louise does an awesome job with communication and reliability. We have our own maintenance tech on-site and when they can't resolve the issues that arise, I know I can rely on Industrial Packaging to help before a problem gets any worse. When I reach out to Louise it's like we just spoke yesterday. She is on the ball, responsive, and friendly, and that goes a long way.”

Here are some common questions we receive when it comes to placing parts orders.
Do you sell aftermarket parts?
We sell parts from the manufactures of the equipment we sell. If we don’t sell the equipment and cannot access parts from the manufacturer we can purchase some aftermarket parts.
Manufacturer parts are not always more expensive, however, they are more reliable because they will run on the machines they were made for. They also do not charge a restocking fee if they must be returned.
Do you carry all parts in-house?
We don’t carry parts at our facilities. Our manufacturers carry most of the parts that would wear, and most are readily available.
Why should I buy my parts from you?
We have the knowledge to understand what you are looking for. In some cases, we can recommend alternatives options. We have multiple sources and can often get you better pricing.
What is a spare parts kit?
In most cases, it’s the items that will need to be changed first or most often. Spare parts kits would include some items such as belts, tape, pads, etc. They are recommended to have on hand by the manufacturer.
Are my parts covered under warranty?
In most cases, if you purchase a new machine they come with a warranty. This usually covers most parts, not service. There is a process that needs to be followed. Your service representative will help you with this. New parts need to be ordered, old parts need to be evaluated and determined if they faulted by normal use. A credit is issued in some cases for parts that meet certain requirements.
