Here are some common questions we receive when it comes to placing parts orders.
We sell parts from the manufactures of the equipment we sell. If we don’t sell the equipment and cannot access parts from the manufacturer we can purchase some aftermarket parts.
Manufacturer parts are not always more expensive, however, they are more reliable because they will run on the machines they were made for. They also do not charge a restocking fee if they must be returned.
We don’t carry parts at our facilities. Our manufacturers carry most of the parts that would wear, and most are readily available.
We have the knowledge to understand what you are looking for. In some cases, we can recommend alternatives options. We have multiple sources and can often get you better pricing.
In most cases, it’s the items that will need to be changed first or most often. Spare parts kits would include some items such as belts, tape, pads, etc. They are recommended to have on hand by the manufacturer.
In most cases, if you purchase a new machine they come with a warranty. This usually covers most parts, not service. There is a process that needs to be followed. Your service representative will help you with this. New parts need to be ordered, old parts need to be evaluated and determined if they faulted by normal use. A credit is issued in some cases for parts that meet certain requirements.
Our Service Team can provide you with a list of recommended parts to keep on hand for your specific machines.
We have built strong relationships with multiple suppliers. This means our customers benefit from more options and flexibility, especially when sourcing parts for older machinery.
We understand the meaning of urgency when your machines are down. We will find the parts you need with the shortest lead times available.
